I listen; you talk. I help you to 'see the wood for the trees', by reviewing your school's history of fundraising (if any), objectives and challenges. I then go away and come back to you with clear, achievable goals.

I take the time to build a strong case for support for your school, to hone down a list of potential donors, and to work with your PTA and governors to grow their involvement in fundraising for your school. I encourage all members of staff to contribute their ideas or contacts, to make fundraising truly embedded in the culture of your school. I also coach your senior leadership team in building relationships with potential donors - and in doing that most nail-biting, excruciating thing of all: making the ask.

Arrange Donor Meetings

I lead your fundraising function and make applications on your behalf to relevant trusts and grant-making organisations on your behalf. I know that schools are busy places, and your team may not have capacity to write time-consuming applications or arrange meetings. You can leave this for me, so you can focus on your other responsibilities.
